The 'Classrooms' section is currently being worked on for 2026

Welcome to room 4, a class made up of year 5 Students.  During the course of the year the students will focus on a range of topics associated to the NZ curriculum. 

Students will also be involved in Regular Devotions - focus on prayer, & school focus: Aroha Attributes: My Life Rulz :continues to be integrated into daily school life. It is about how we belong and building students' confidence in who they are and how they are an important part of society, school and class as well as being important to God. The phrases and statements will begin to be heard in the students' daily school lives. Seedlings journal - Thankfulness to God for what we have and enjoy at home and in school. Included as part of our writing program of daily quick writes and bible reflection and study.

10 Mar:  Middle & Senior School Athletics Day at Porritt Stadium

20 Mar:  Teacher Only Day

23-27th Mar: Cultural week and Easter Assembly

25 Mar:  Interschool Athletics Day at Porritt Stadium

02 Apr:  School Photos Day

02 Apr:  Last day of Term 1

03 Apr: Good Friday - no school

Southcity is a google suite use school and room 4 uses Google classroom as part of their learning and have available to them chromebooks to record their work as well as using bookwork. Our class also use a number of other apps for learning like Epic reading and Writer's Toolbox
